"We had water coming through the ceiling of our bay window which we presumed was a lead or a felt issue, so I messaged Luke and he responded very promptly and came out the following day, which we were very impressed with. Luke arrived exactly when he said he would, and immediately diagnosed the issue as missing pointing on the bricks just above the bay, he also invited me up on his ladders to look, where it was obvious this was the case. Luke rectified the issue immediately and at a very reasonable cost, he's now the first roofer we'd call for any potential roofing issue in future! Thanks Luke!
